Remodel

I did the design, wokred through an approved permit, did all of the demo, foundation, flooring, electrical, plumbing, framing, and structural myself. I hired a plumber and electrican for some of the work, and a drywaller to knock that out quickly. I installed all of the fixtures and tiled the floor and walls in shower. I installed heated floors and a Toto toilet. I built all of the cabinets for the walk-in closet. I installed a heat pump water heater.
